Role OverviewShelby’s Franchise Holdings Inc. is hiring Territory Growth Specialists to help drive measurable sales growth and customer traffic across our franchised locations.
This is a field-based, results-driven role focused on expanding local demand, strengthening community presence, and supporting franchise partners in executing growth initiatives.
You will be accountable for performance across a defined territory of multiple locations and will work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, profitable results.
Key Responsibilities Territory Performance Ownership- Own sales performance across a portfolio of franchised locations
- Identify growth opportunities at the local market level
- Support franchisees in executing approved growth initiatives
- Ensure initiatives are delivered with discipline, consistency, and accountability
- Strengthen the brand’s presence within assigned communities
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and customer groups
- Support location-level efforts that increase awareness, trial, and repeat visits
- Partner closely with internal marketing and operations teams
- Align local execution with broader brand initiatives
- Provide structured feedback from the field to support continuous improvement
- Ensure initiatives are implemented effectively at the store level
- Track performance outcomes and provide clear reporting
- Continuously refine approach based on results and learnings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Canadian QSR environment
- Strong understanding of store-level operations and performance drivers
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple locations
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with operators
- Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
- Multi-unit or territory-level responsibility
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or growth initiatives
- Demonstrated improvement in sales performance across assigned locations
- Strong execution consistency at the store level
- Positive franchisee engagement and alignment
- Data-informed decision making and accountability
- High-impact role within a fast-growing brand
