CONTRACT
: 10-months, chance for extension
- Act as senior analytics partner to Canadian sales leadership and global corporate incentive compensation team.
- Own and analyze large volumes of sales and operational data; build clear KPI dashboards and reporting for sales leaders.
- Work extensively with:
- IQVIA / market and competitive data (trends, funding, competition)
- Patient Support Program (PSP) data (end to end patient journey, enrollment, time to drug start, challenges, new patient counts, on drug metrics).
- Use external data (IQVIA, PSP) to challenge and coach sales teams (e.g., this is where you are vs. competition).
- Collaborate with corporate head office on all aspects of incentive plan design for Canada:
- Provide local market input on KPIs, design elements, and what matters to the Canadian business
- Work through calculations, crediting rules, and payout logic
- Targeting/segmenting: determine which reps should target which HCPs/segments.
- Support the design, implementation, and tracking of incentive compensation plans and other sales performance programs.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions and presentations for large sales groups (e.g., national sales meetings, comp plan rollouts, systems/process training).
- Participate confidently in senior stakeholder discussions (Sales Leaders, Finance, Corporate) and influence decision‑making with data‑driven insights.
- Work cross‑functionally with Canadian leadership and global teams; manage timelines and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong data analytics experience, working with large, complex data sets.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience supporting Sales / Commercial teams with KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis + compensation
- Experience working with external data sources such as IQVIA and PSPs
