You will mentor a team of technicians, assist in detailed troubleshooting, and support service planning initiatives with Condo Operations Managers. Your contributions will ensure high service standards across all condo sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor technicians providing service and maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues efficiently
• Ensure consistency in service standards
• Prepare quotes for service work and inspections
• Participate in training to enhance team skills
Requirements:
• Proven HVAC experience in condominiums
• Technical leadership and mentorship background
• Valid 313D Residential Air Conditioning License
• Required GT2 Gas Technician license and ODP certification
• Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable record
