Your role will include installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, performing emergency repairs, and completing drain cleaning and inspections. Expect to work collaboratively with property managers and contractors, presenting clear explanations and maintaining high service cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair plumbing systems in various properties
• Conduct emergency leak repairs and maintenance tasks
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer camera inspections
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Maintain communication with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Strong plumbing skills with installation and troubleshooting
• Valid plumbing trade certification in Ontario
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
• Ability to manage time and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the GTA
