Job Description & How to Apply Below
Step Into a Day on Our Floor Morning starts at the blow molding lines—checking injection and extrusion blow molding machines, listening for subtle changes, scanning the HMI, and walking utilities. A conveyor hesitates? A grinder trips? You trace it back, reviewing mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to confirm the fault path. Before lunch, you’ve tuned a pneumatic circuit, verified a 24

VDC control signal with a multimeter, and logged your work in IQMS. The afternoon brings a chilled water flow issue—gauges out, root cause identified, parts sourced and documented. If production calls after hours, you’re ready to support weekend work or planned shutdowns to keep throughput high and reliability higher.

What You’ll Own Keep injection and extrusion blow molding equipment operating at peak performance.

Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems across the plant.

Service and maintain plant utilities, including compressed air and chilled water, plus vacuum systems (loaders, pumps, blenders).Support auxiliary and automation assets such as conveyors, grinders, and robotics.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and parts lists to plan accurate repairs.

Use tools like multimeters, amp clamps, and gauges for precise troubleshooting.

Open, track, and close work orders in IQMS; ensure complete repair notes and documentation.

Coordinate parts ordering to minimize downtime and maintain accurate records.

Provide maintenance coverage during overtime, weekends, and plant shutdowns as needed.

Must-Have Background2+ years in industrial maintenance.

Proven troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Fluency reading technical drawings and schematics.

Working knowledge of high-voltage equipment and 24

VDC controls.

Curiosity and willingness to stretch your technical skill set.

Preferred Extras Hands-on time with plastics/molding machinery.

Comfort with machining tools (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.).Welding experience (steel, stainless, aluminum).Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Where You’ll Work Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and moving equipment.

Standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs are routine.

Fast-paced, highly hands-on setting.

Who Thrives HereA resourceful troubleshooter who balances quick fixes with long-term reliability plans.

Independent enough to run with a task, collaborative enough to win with a team.
