Do you diagnose faults with a multimeter in one hand and a schematic in the other?

Can you pivot from a hydraulic leak to a 24

VDC control issue without missing a beat?

Are you energized by fast-paced production and the satisfaction of getting complex equipment back online?

What You’ll Repair and Maintain Injection and extrusion blow molding equipment.

Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Plant utilities: compressed air and chilled water.

Vacuum systems, including loaders, pumps, and blenders.

Auxiliary/automation equipment: conveyors, grinders, and robotics.

Core Responsibilities Troubleshoot using multimeters, amp clamps, and gauges to pinpoint issues fast.

Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and parts lists to plan and execute repairs.

Create, manage, and close work orders in IQMS with accurate documentation.

Coordinate parts ordering to support timely, well-documented fixes.

Provide maintenance coverage during overtime, weekends, and scheduled shutdowns.

Required Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Strong skills across both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Knowledge of high-voltage systems and 24

VDC controls.

Growth mindset with a desire to keep learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications Background with plastics or molding equipment.

Experience operating machining tools: mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.

Welding ability (steel, stainless, aluminum).Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Environment & Physical Demands Manufacturing floor with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and moving equipment.

Regular standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Hands-on, fast-moving production setting.
