As a Bartender & Mixologist at Crerar Hotels
, you’ll be central to creating outstanding guest experiences. With strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine passion for food and drink, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails and serve premium spirits with confidence and flair. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll deliver seamless service throughout the day and evening, handling guest requests with ease and personality. You’ll quickly build strong product knowledge, confidently recommending cocktails, wines, and signature serves while upselling the hotel’s offerings.

Experience behind the bar is an advantage, but enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service are what will truly set you apart.
