Broughton Group is seeking a passionate Reception Manager for their hotel in Oban. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure, while effectively managing resources to contribute to the hotel's profitability.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Rezlynx and Guestline systems. A degree in a business-related field is preferred. The position offers £16-17/hr, staff accommodation, and opportunities for growth within one of the UK’s largest independent hotel groups.
