Quality Oil Co. in Oberlin is seeking a Guest Services Representative. This hourly, full-time role reports to the Guest Services Manager and supports guests during check-in/check-out to ensure 100 percent satisfaction.
Responsibilities include assisting guests with hotel services, managing reservations, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and handling calls and inquiries. Prior front desk experience is preferred.
