Student Arts Ambassador

Job Summary

The Art Department is now seeking 2nd & 3rd year Studio Art majors interested in representing the department as student ambassadors. A core component of this position will be interacting with prospective students and their parents.

• Provide guided tours of the art facilities.
• Communicate independently with prospective students and provide progress updates.
• Work with Admissions to accommodate campus visitors.
• Attend department events as a student representative.
• Create video content.
• Participate in Zoom sessions with prospective students.
• Attend department open houses.
• Coordinate Zoom, chat, and tour sessions for All Roads lead to Oberlin.
• Other projects as needed.
• Participation in the Art Students Committee is also encouraged.
