HR Generalist – Manufacturing

EIP is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on HR Generalist to help support our expanding manufacturing team of 65+ employees. This role is perfect for someone who likes variety in their day, enjoys working directly with people, and thrives in a fast‑paced job shop environment where no two days are exactly the same.

As our HR Generalist, you’ll be a key part of helping employees and leaders succeed by:

• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Assisting with training, events, performance management, and employee development
• Supporting payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR administration
• Partnering with supervisors and employees on the production floor
• Helping maintain a positive, respectful, and accountable culture
• Ensuring HR practices remain compliant and organized

This is not a “sit behind a desk all day” HR role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and engaged with employees throughout the facility.

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a job shop or production environment is a plus
• Strong communication and relation shipbuilding skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable balancing employee advocacy with business needs
• Positive attitude and teamfirst mindset
