We are hiring dependable Landscape Technicians / Lawn Care Technicians / Pressure Washing Technicians to join our growing field service team.

This is a hands-on outdoor technician role performing landscape maintenance, lawn care, pressure washing, soft washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and general labor services for residential and commercial properties.

We are seeking reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and consistent attendance.

This is a year-round opportunity with training, advancement opportunities, and steady work.

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-ups
• Mulch installation, plantings, and landscape enhancements
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and equipment protocols

• Pressure washing and soft washing (siding, driveways, patios, decks)
• Carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning
• Equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized service vehicles
• Perform customer walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctual attendance
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
