In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently throughout our facility and arrive accurately and on time.

What You'll Do- Receive incoming materials into the ERP system and complete required inventory transactions.
- Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy or damage.
- Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare outgoing shipments for customer delivery and courier pickup.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials throughout the facility to support production.
- Ensure outgoing shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as needed.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, and changing temperatures.
- Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed.
- Lift and move up to 55 pounds without assistance.
