Assembly Technician Weekend, Fri-Sun

Zenni Optical is seeking a highly motivated Assembly Technician to join our Obetz, Ohio facility. This role involves light physical labor assembling frames and lenses for eyeglasses and working with a team to help people access affordable eyewear.

The Obetz location offers a brand new and climate controlled facility with free meals and snacks. You’ll have the opportunity to move up in the organization based on performance reviews.

Open Lab Hiring Event. We are hiring for a number of full-time weekday and weekend Production and Distribution roles at our state-of-the-art facility.

Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays).

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential (based on applicable experience).

• Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines
• Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department running

• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• You are proactive and have a strong ability to identify & problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
