We are looking for a highly motivated Entry Level Production Technician onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is open to feedback, and is looking to grow their career. Open roles are in Mounting, Surface Operator, Final Inspection, AR Coating, and Lens Analysis. The Obetz location offers a brand new, climate-controlled facility with free daily meals and snacks. You’ll have the opportunity to move up based on performance reviews.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekends)

Compensation: $17.00/hour

• Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines
• Beginner level mounting lenses into frames
• Placing receipted goods into correct locations
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department collaboration

• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• You are proactive and have a strong ability to identify and problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus
