Are you an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician looking to play a critical role in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently? In this hands‑on position, you’ll focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in an active manufacturing environment. We’re seeking technicians with 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience who are comfortable working with electrical and mechanical systems and responding quickly to equipment issues.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on production machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedules and plant standards
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions
- Work on equipment with moving parts, conveyors, palletizers, and production lines
- Communicate equipment issues clearly with production and maintenance teams
- Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures
- Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts used as required
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring equipment issues
