As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll support the production process through material handling, product inspection, and general floor support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support daily production operations on the manufacturing floor
  • Inspect finished product for quality and remove damaged or defective materials
  • Perform material handling, including lifting, moving, and stacking product as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors or team leads
  • Assist with general production tasks to keep operations running efficiently
  • Participate in training and cross‑training as needed (forklift or equipment operation over time)
