CDL Delivery Driver​/Service Specialist - Columbus, OH

You will work as a Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) delivering dialysis products to patients’ homes and kidney dialysis centers. The role involves operating an 18‑ to 24‑foot commercial vehicle, maintaining order accuracy, and occasionally collecting returns.

4‑day work week (5 am – 3 pm or 6 am – 4 pm) with 1–2 overnight trips per week (hotel and meal per diem provided). Weekends off.

• Minimum age 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Air Brake endorsement, MVR meets minimum standards, and knowledge of DOT rules
• Valid Medical Card
• Minimum 1 year of comparable delivery experience
• Ability to maintain an HOS log using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
• Pass an Industrial Capabilities Test
• Perform multi‑day routes, including overnight travel
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walk‑riders, and stair‑climbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, multi‑functional teams
• Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Vantive and DOT
• Ability to distinguish color labels for product identification

• Work in distribution centers, tractor‑trails, patient homes, and dialysis centers
• Repetitive lifting and moving of cases up to 50 pounds
• Frequent entering and exiting the vehicle
• Multiple bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, grasping, climbing, and balancing motions
• Frequent kneeling, squatting, and wrist turning
• Work efficiently in extreme cold and/or extreme heat
