Hogan Transportation is seeking an entry-level driver trainer to teach Map Reading/Trip Planning, Hour of Service, Backing Maneuvers, Pre & Post Trip, Length & Weights, and related safety practices. You will assist with drivers from Orientation through Yard Training and place them with Road Trainers.
You will deliver cohesive safety-focused instruction, monitor driver performance, and collaborate with Ops managers to ensure compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
