Lead tax strategy and compliance for healthcare practices with flexible work arrangements. Join our mission-driven team serving ABA therapy providers and healthcare professionals nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review complex business tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning and strategy
- Research and implement tax credits for healthcare businesses
- Work with healthcare and ABA therapy clients
- Ensure compliance with multi-state tax requirements
- Mentor junior staff and review their work
- Client consultation and relationship management
- Stay current on healthcare industry tax issues and credit opportunities
- Support business growth and client expansion
- Active CPA license (Florida preferred, others considered)
- 5+ years business tax preparation experience
- AR (Accounts Receivable) proficiency required
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Pro Connect or similar tax software proficiency
- Quick Books Online and Canopy experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client communication abilities
- Multi-state tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with partnership and S-Corp returns
