Our client, a dynamic organization in the data management sector, is seeking a Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Data Entry specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Range: $15.00/hour
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
What's the Job?- Retrieving files as assigned via electronic inbox, mail, fax, email, and scanner.
- Indexing client case files for efficient retrieval.
- Forwarding documents to the appropriate inboxes as needed, including applications, medical bills, and prescriptions.
- Entering data from documents into computer systems with high accuracy.
- Maintaining a daily average quota of 250 documents per day with 95% accuracy or above.
- Good computer skills with basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Able to multi-task and analyze documents quickly, pulling keywords for identification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can collaborate well in an open workplace setting.
