Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Ocala, FL. The Assistant will provide crucial support in daily operations, assisting with scheduling, organizing supplies, maintaining work areas, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, the Assistant will aid in ensuring quality control, completing documentation, and supporting management and team members with administrative tasks.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer service inquiries in a professional manner
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing and email software
- Capability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and records
- Availability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in a similar role or the cleaning services industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
