Burnyzz Speed Shop is seeking a highly professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests visiting our showroom.

This role is critical in creating a premium customer experience while supporting daily Sales Administration.

The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive environment. This position goes beyond traditional reception duties and plays an important role in customer communication and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming, high-end customer experience consistent with the Burnyzz brand.

Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Accurately route customer inquiries to the appropriate department including Sales, Restoration, Service, Trailer Sales, or Management.

Ensure customer waiting and showroom areas remain organized, clean, and presentation-ready at all times.

Administrative & Operational Support Assist needed.

Assist with preparation and organization of documents, files, and internal communications.

Process vehicle title, registration, and related sales paperwork accurately and timely.

Coordinate office supply ordering and inventory management through approved vendors and online platforms.

Facility & Hospitality Coordination

Support company events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, hospitality, or client coordination preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and general office systems.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive, dealership, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
