Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to departments such as Human Resources and Accounting.
  • Assists with orientation for new employees.
  • Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as by filing documents or scanning them into a computer system.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as typing or word processing documents, filing paperwork, photocopying materials, and answering phones.
  • Time management and self‑motivation are skills used on a daily basis while adhering to strict HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
  • Ensures that paperwork is accurately prepared and forwarded to corporate office.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements:
  • Prior office experience.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
