Provides reservations support to the World Equestrian Center’s Food and Beverage Operations including but not limited to Stirrups, Yellow Pony, The Polo Pony, Genievieve’s and The White Willow. In addition, support in an administrative role the Resort Director of Food & Beverage and Resort Executive Chef.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with Restaurants Reservations and requests associated with our Restaurants.
  • Work with Restaurant Leadership of each Restaurant ensuring Open Table settings are updated
  • Update Open Table in each Restaurant with current menus, special events and Holiday offerings
  • Assist with coordinating Outlook Calendars and organizing meetings when requested.
  • Assist F & B Department leaders with time edits through UKG
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner (emails, messages, various correspondence)
  • Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.)
  • Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, letters, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support using Microsoft Office to create dashboards, charts, spreadsheets, databases, and other reports, etc.
  • Take and transcribe dictation, compose, and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
  • Schedule, reserve and prepare conference room for meetings, including AV equipment as needed.
  • Receive and assist internal and external customers/visitors as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or equivalent preferred.
  • Microsoft Office products knowledge.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, thoroughly, independently, and timely.
  • Ability to be flexible.
