JOB PREREQUISITES- High School Diploma or GED
- At least three years general office skills experience
- Type at least 35 words per minute accurately
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work harmoniously with the public and agency personnel
- Ability to handle confidential matters without compromising confidentiality
- Ability to perform general office skills and organize own work
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Proficiency in grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license
