Fed Ex - - Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to management and operations, including filing, typing, answering phones, and data entry;
Review and enter data in various systems to support functional areas and compile regular and adhoc reports;
Serve as frontline customer service to resolve or escalate inquiries and issues;
Assist with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audits by retrieving data/files for review;
Support records management, including maintenance, destruction, and inventory of records
