Role Overview
The front desk is the heartbeat of our practice and the first impression every patient has of Align Life. As our Chiropractic Assistant – Front Desk, you'll do far more than manage the schedule: you'll be a driver of patient experience, retention, and practice growth. From the warm welcome that turns a first-time visitor into a lifelong patient, to the follow-up that keeps our schedule full, your work directly shapes the success of our office.
If you're organized, people-focused, and motivated by growth, this is a role where you'll see the impact of your work every single day. We're currently seeking an experienced, full-time Chiropractic Assistant for our busy Ocala and The Villages, Florida locations.
- Serve as the welcoming face of the practice, creating an experience that builds trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referrals
- Manage daily front-desk operations of a busy chiropractic practice: scheduling, answering phones, patient therapies, and completing new patient packets
- Own patient scheduling and reactivation — keeping the calendar full, following up with patients, and helping minimize no-shows and drop-offs
- Support new patient onboarding and help patients understand and stay committed to their care plans
- Track and report on daily and weekly metrics that measure patient flow, retention, and practice performance
- Partner with the doctors and care team to identify opportunities to improve patient experience, conversion, and office efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, growth-minded culture that reflects the Align Life mission
- High school diploma or GED equivalent;
Medical Assistant background preferred - 1+ years in a similar patient-facing or front-desk healthcare environment preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with office management and supervisory responsibilities
- A people-first, growth-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping patients and the practice thrive
- Comfort with scheduling systems, phones, and basic reporting/metrics
