Lennar is seeking a Land Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate land opportunities. The role interfaces with escrow, title companies, brokers, attorneys, and consultants to keep development efforts on schedule and on budget.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a home-builder or real estate-related environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel. A high school diploma is required; degrees are preferred. This position is office-based in Florida.
