We are seeking a Wheel Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team. This hands‑on position involves restoring alloy wheels to OEM condition using advanced repair, paint, and refinishing techniques. You’ll work directly on‑site at partner dealerships, using state‑of-the‑art equipment and eco‑friendly materials in a clean, professional environment.

• Inspect and assess wheels for cosmetic and structural damage (curb rash, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bends)

• Prepare, sand, mask, and refinish wheels using Car Shield–approved materials and color‑matching processes

• Operate mobile reconditioning trucks equipped with OEM‑matched wheel paints and explosion‑proof filtration systems

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all safety procedures are followed

• Communicate effectively with dealership staff and Car Shield management

• Document completed work accurately through internal tracking systems

• Previous experience in wheel repair, auto painting, or collision reconditioning preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools

• Earning Potential: $52,000–$104,000+ per year (performance‑based)
