Provide tire and battery center services to members in sales and service areas;
Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians;
Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, TPMS, service standards, POS systems, and customer-facing selling techniques;
Leverage handheld digital tools to plan for sales, improve service, and respond to safety alerts and product information;
Maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions, operate cash registers, and complete required documentation while ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
