Job SummaryThe Wedding Event Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing weddings and related celebrations, ensuring each couple receives an exceptional, personalized experience. This role oversees full‑cycle wedding operations—including consultation, proposal development, event design and coordination, vendor and departmental collaboration, onsite management, and post‑event follow‑up.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead the solicitation, negotiation, and booking of wedding clients through proactive strategies including bridal shows, venue tours, networking, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for engaged couples.
- Oversee proposals, estimates, and wedding packages.
- Provide expert recommendations on menus, design, and ceremony flow.
- Build relationships with planners and vendors.
- Maintain knowledge of venue offerings.
- Represent the organization at bridal expos.
- Provide mentorship and support to staff.
- Assist with special projects.
