• Build and strengthen customer relationships that lead to repeat business
• Guide customers confidently through sampling, quoting, and ordering
• Support the sales process and drive projects to profitable completion
• Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and professionally documented
• Track project status and proactively communicate updates
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to keep projects on time and on margin
• Improve internal systems and elevate workflow efficiency
• Build trust through deep product knowledge and polished communication

Customer Service Experience

Intermediate Computer Experience (outlook, excel, word)

P21 Experience (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in CS or sales support.
