Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-engineered and metal building construction. While some travel is required, it will not involve long, extended stays. The Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and project teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers to report on progress and address challenges.
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, preferably with pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and metal building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000.
- Choice of a company-provided truck or a vehicle allowance with a gas card.
- Health insurance coverage up to $400 (vision and dental)
- 401K retirement plan (matching to be added as the company grows).
