Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. An entry‑level position. A basic knowledge of the mechanical trade is preferred but not required. Candidates should have a good attitude, work well as part of a team, be willing and ready to learn, and communicate effectively with both fellow employees and customers.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and complete front‑end project specific tasks such as specification review and submittal preparation.
- Review subcontractor scopes of work for the issuance of contracts.
- Assist the Project Director in monitoring each project’s status, schedule, planning, manpower needs, and material status.
- Monitor the project budget and review jobsite safety.
- Help ensure that individual project cost, schedule, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
- Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and ability to qualify for potential advancement opportunities.
