Florida Atlantic Ironworks seeks a Steel Erection Foreman/Leadman to lead on-site crews responsible for scheduling, manpower and equipment planning, and safety compliance on steel erection projects in Florida. You will coordinate, train, and supervise ironwork teams, ensuring work is on time and within budget.
Travel to project sites is required; you will interface with clients and contractors, uphold quality standards, and maintain safety practices across the workforce.
