Lamar Advertising Company seeks a Graphic Designer within our Sales & Business Development team. You'll create engaging designs for digital billboards, logo signs, and transit advertising that elevate client brands and support revenue growth. Partnering closely with sales, you'll translate briefs into compelling visuals for both digital and physical platforms, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling creatives for digital billboards, logo signs, and transit advertising
• Translate sales and client briefs into effective visual concepts that drive engagement
• Ensure all artwork meets Lamar and client brand guidelines and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development to support pitches and campaign proposals
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes for outdoor and digital platforms
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback rounds simultaneously
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Incorporate performance feedback to optimize future design work
