A Florida-based HVAC service provider is seeking an energetic dispatch coordinator to manage the scheduling and communication between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-stress environment, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have prior experience in customer service, HVAC, and dispatching. This full-time position requires availability Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with responsibilities that include liaising between technicians and clients and handling various administrative tasks.
