Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

About Us:

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Service Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our service customers.

Responsibilities:

Primary duties include:

• Greeting customers in a welcoming and courteous manner.

• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.

• Providing information and answer inquiries about our RV models, pricing, and services.

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

• Processing updates at the computer and accepting deliveries.

• Collecting and distributing mail and packages.

• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the service desk area.

• Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
** Excel, Outlook).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
