As a Personal Banker (Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred), you will work from the Heathbrook Branch located at 5500 SW College Road, Ocala, Florida 34474.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty through proactive sales conversations, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.

Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems efficiently. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.

Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
