Experience:

Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.

* Organized & Detail-Oriented:
You'll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records-organization and multitasking are key!

* Team Player:
You'll work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, so collaboration and a positive attitude are crucial.

What You'll Do:

* Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion, creating a welcoming environment.

* Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients.

* Assist with patient records, update information, and process payments.

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.

* Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

* Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and care instructions.
