As a Personal Banker (Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred) within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at HEATHBROOK BRANCH, 5500 SW College Road, Ocala, Florida 34474.

Job Description

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, demonstrating heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Employees are expected to be Customer Focused and managing risk. Specifically, demonstrating knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction with all business decisions, and effectively managing risks in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
