*** Do you enjoy talking with people and making things happen? As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner.
* We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve.
* Job Responsibilities include managing high volume incoming order processing.
* Accurately enter orders into our systems and respond to inquiries from customers and employees via phone, email, and chat.
* Help with other duties as needed.
* Availability to work an assigned schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.###
** What sets you apart
*** High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Excellent phone and office etiquette, including verbal, written and people skills. Attention to detail.
* Customer Service Attitude - desire to go the extra mile for the customer.
* Self-motivated - strong desire to succeed is essential.
* Sense of urgency responding to customers and employees.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products.###
