Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Concierge for one of our communities in the Ocala, FL area. The position is part-time with competitive pay.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONSMake every effort to assist residents with their problems or concerns and address the residence in a respectful professional manner. Collect money, attend to resident needs, and deal with inquiries on the phone, email and face to face.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform housekeeping duties such as straightening up the clubhouse, pool chairs, picking up any trash on the ground/floor and filling paper supplies, water and cups if needed.
- Logging residents in and out of the facility.
- Maintain the records of all renters.
- Maintain contact with outside employees.
- Enter new homeowners/renters into computer systems.
- Maintain files and reports on various computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Access.
- Maintain a current list of renters in the community, including up to date contracts and filing, ensure that the Association is in compliance with section (4a) of the Florida Statutes.
- Make sure all cameras are working during your shift and watch for any potential harmful situations.
- Issue new access cards/remote controls and enter homeowner information into the gate system.
- Book reservations for the facility.
- Issued new and enter homeowners.
- Receive and welcome all visitors to the Prairie Club by providing excellent customer service.
- Answer incoming calls to the Prairie Club Office and direct them to the appropriate employees.
- Maintain records of telephone calls if required.
- Mail out correspondence, send out faxes, make copies and scan documents when requested.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
Reports directly to the Association Manager.
SKILLS- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Access, among others.
- Access Card Monitoring System.
- Excellent in the English language, Bilingual preferred.
