Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests in a welcoming Judgement Free Zone. You will check in guests, answer questions, assist with memberships, and promote club policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
You will engage with members on the club floor, support sales goals, and handle inquiries by phone or in person. This role requires 18+ and basic computer skills, with CPR/AED training provided.
