CSL is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Center Registrar at our Ocala plasma collection center. The role greets donors, guides them through registration, and verifies donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process, following SOPs.
You will support health screenings, explain procedures, answer donor questions, and maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system. The position requires strong customer service skills, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
