• Verify insurance eligibility and process claims accurately.
• Assist patients with insurance questions and financial arrangements.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient care and office workflow.
• Handle billing and payment processing with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dental front desk role with insurance knowledge.
