Dental Assistant (EFDA Preferred) – Ocala, FL
Private Practice | 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thurs | 30–32 hrsWe are a well-established private dental practice (10+ years) seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our small, family-oriented team.
This is a hands-on, all-in role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.
Responsibilities:- Chairside assisting for Doctor & RDH
- Support clinical procedures and patient flow
- Help with scheduling, calls, and patient follow-up
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Jump in where needed to support the team
- 3–5+ years dental assisting experience
- EFDA preferred
- Strong chairside skills
- Team player with a positive, “go-getter” attitude
- Schedule:
Monday–Thursday (30–32 hours) - Pay:
Competitive, based on experience - Full benefits
