Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care including exams, fillings, crowns, simple extractions, and preventive services
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and documentation in practice management systems
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Use modern dental technology and evidence-based practices to deliver safe, effective treatment
• Participate in community outreach, screenings, and education programs to promote oral health
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols are consistently followed
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse patient populations
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives
• Mentor team members and support a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
