Synergy Medical Group is a physician-owned statewide post-acute care group expanding across Florida. We're hiring physicians ready for a leadership-track role rounding at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs).
You will round at partnered SNFs, ALFs, and IRFs in your region, manage medically complex adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with NPs/PAs and facility teams.
